it's better off than trying to take a bullet from a gun.
( this survey contains mild spoilers for captain america: the winter soldier. this is your warning. )
1. What does their bedroom look like?
it depends on what house we're talking about, hahaha. a common trait in any given place she has outside of SHIELD (apartment, safehouse, etc) is spaciousness, she likes things to feel open. decor is tasteful, she has a few art pieces hanging on the walls (or prints of art pieces, ain't nobody got time for collecting the actual art), but she likes to leave the walls relatively uncluttered; again, openness. as far as her actual bedroom goes she has a really nice bed, and whatever building she takes up residence in has roof access (are you sensing a theme here). her decorative tastes are pretty modern, she may have a picture or two on display if she really feels safe there but she lives with the belief that she'll have to leave anywhere at any given moment and she doesn't like having too many personal items on display or hanging around, in case someone finds this place and can pick up a trail. she has a hidden wall with a selection of weapons because of course she does. depending on who she's bought the place from she'll tailor the house/apartment to the taste of the persona she was using to buy it. like there are some places that are fancier than others in terms of decoration. also there's an "entertainment" system that's quite impressive in all of them (except the ones where that would look suspicious) in the living rooms; this is where she goes over footage from missions/battles/what have you; this is where she reads up on people SHIELD wants her to investigate. (it also functions as an actual entertainment system and she has a regular tv in her room. just. in case you were wondering.)
2. Do they have any daily rituals?
her line of work means the idea of a 'daily routine' is kind of laughable. she likes her coffee and she tries to practice shooting and get stretching of some kind in every day, to keep from getting stiff at a bad moment.
3. Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
running, some weight training (she finds the latter boring as hell), yoga, and dance if she can fit it in. how often depends on how much downtime she has, and as mentioned, that can change at any given moment.
4. What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?
5. Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
6. Eating habits and sample daily menu
7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
8. Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging
9. Makeup?
as herself, she'll generally keep it light - light foundation, mascara and some liner, lip balm/gloss. while undercover (like, for example, when she was tasked to tony), she'll do a more involved look (eyeshadow, styled liner, lipstick). while playing different personas she'll have different scents for each one (something light and playful for one persona, musky and sexy for another), but as herself she doesn't like to have a 'signature' scent. occasionally she'll wear scented lotion, usually preferring jasmine, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and citrus.
10. Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
she'll recognize them once she's aware of them, if that makes any sense. and once she's aware of them she'll be able to focus enough to ignore them.
11. Intellectual pursuits?
12. Favorite book genre?
13. Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general?
14. Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
there's an assorted collection of scars she's gotten over the years, the most notable one being a circular gunshot wound from a soviet issue slug on her stomach. aside from that, both SHIELD and the kgb/red room have to be careful to keep her as unblemished as possible so she can continue to do the kind of work they need her to do without raising too many eyebrows, so she would likely have a lot more notable scars if they let her keep them.
as far as food intolerances/allergies, she doesn't really have any, but there are some foods she just doesn't like.
15. Biggest and smallest short term goal?
16. Biggest and smallest long term goal?
17. Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
18. Favorite beverage?
19. What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
she tries not to think about anything, a clear head helps her fall asleep easier.
20. Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
21. Turn-ons? Turn-offs?
22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?

26. Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout?
27. What is their biggest regret?
28. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
29. Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?)
30. Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
she gets very determined/work-focused, and deals with things very privately. she cries but it's not something she likes others to see - not because she wants to uphold an image, but she doesn't like allowing that much of her grieving to be visible. she doesn't like being left vulnerable. after breaking down quietly she prefers to just continue to deal and move on, preferably by setting out after the person who killed who was close to her (because they sure didn't die of natural causes).
31. Most prized possession?
32. Thoughts on material possessions in general?

45. Superstitions or views on the occult?
46. Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
47. If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal?
48. How do they express love?
very subtly. usually through gestures like making sure they've got, like...their favorite kind of cereal, or access to the roof, or coffee made the way they like it. physical affection (kissing, holding, playful nudging/punching) is given easily in private but while at SHIELD she prefers to be professional. because, well, it's her job. things like joking/casual talking (seen with steve and clint, if you want examples) is another form of affection, one that she's okay with others seeing.
49. If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
50. Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
